  • You will be asked to sign a waiver when you drop off your items stating that none of your items are on the Recall list.  You can check to see if your items have been recalled at  http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prerel.html.

    If you are unable to personally drop off your items, you can PRINT THE WAIVER HERE  and send it with whoever is dropping off your items. 

    We will NOT accept your items without a signed waiver.
     
  • Expanded drop-off times:

Sunday, March 4         3:00 - 8:00*

Monday, March 5         3:00 - 8:00

Tuesday, March 6        2:00 - 8:00

Wednesday, March 7   2:00 - 4:00**

 
              *If dropping off more than 75 items, drop off on Sunday or Monday.                      **If dropping off more than 15 items on Wednesday, you will be responsible for sorting and placing your items on the floor.
 

  • To keep our quality standards high, we will be examining items when you drop them off.  You will not be able to check in until your items have been examined and approved.  Be prepared for drop-off to take a few minutes longer than previously.  Please do not waste your time by bringing items that are off-season, stained, faded, missing batteries, broken or do not meet other quality standards.  

     

  • Pick up on Sunday begins at 11:30 and ENDS at 2:00.  All items left after 2:00 will be sent immediately to charity.
     

  •  Due to rising rent expenses, the participation fee will be $10 per consignor.  

  •  Guest will be asked to pay $1 at the Thursday night Guest Sale

  • We cannot accept drop-side cribs due to a recent mandate from the Consumer Product Safety Commission banning the sale or resale of such cribs.

  • Remember the new limit on shoes: 5 pair of girls shoes and 5 pair of boys shoes per consignor

  • When dropping off items, only come during drop-off times.  Separate your clothing items into girl and boy clothes and by size.

Consignor Drop-Off

NOTE:  The drop off schedule has changed from previous sales.  We encourage all consignors to drop off on Sunday if possible.

Pick-Up

Sunday, March 11, 11:30 - 2:00

Pick-Up is located on the South side of the Ruston Civic Center (the same side as the utility drop-off).

Any items not picked up by 2:00 will be sent immediately to charity.

You may pick up your check on March 11 when you pick up your unsold items. 

If you are donating all of your unsold items to charity, please bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope to drop off, and we will gladly mail your check to you.
